Tribute Slide Show

We are creating a slide show of your blessings, memories, photos, and tributes to Congregation Bet Shalom and Rabbi Avi. This will be shown during the event and shared digitally afterward. Please fill in this form to add your words and photos to this slideshow. Each tribute is $36.

Tax Deduction Information

The actual cost of this event for each attendee is $55.  Therefore $45 of each $100 ticket is tax-deductible and that amount will be included in tax letters for annual contributions.

Help Include Our Entire Community in this Event
